Once you have the 4 hyacinths, head to the North-east corner of the dragonblight zone map. In the middle of the lake you will see the ring (see screen shot w/ sword). Use the hyacinths in the middle of the ring, and the sword appears after some dialog.

Becareful not to use your 4 flowers when someone else is already doing it. Mine were offered and then she disappeared before I could loot the blade.

Curious that a Grand Champion of an entire race would want a sword with no stats on it. Perhaps if he invested in a higher quality weapon, he wouldn't break it and make me go get a new one every single day.

I seem to get this quest the most out of all of em. Dunno why.

Not very tough, though. If you are flying down from the tournament, you can grab the flowers on the way (takes no more than a minute for me, they're all over) and then fly straight to the lake.

Also, if someone summons the maiden the blade will spawn for everyone for a short time, so you don't technically need the flowers. But grab em anyways because there's a better chance nobody will be there.

Don't be like me and alt+tab out of the game while she's telling her tale. She disappears after a while...and so does the sword.

Off to pick new winter hyacints...!
