This has the best duration/cooldown ratio of several similar trinkets in the Northrend starter areas.

Duration 20 seconds
Cooldown 90 seconds

Most of the others either only last 15 seconds or they take 2 minutes to recover. I like :)

I am using this and Talon of Hatred Artiglio dell'Odio both in the same macro, and they both appear to be triggered when I hit the button... Do they share a cooldown, or am I getting both? My haste rating definitely is affected by both, but wonder if I am wasting one of the AP buffs.

Equip: Improves haste rating by 48 (2.44% @ L73).
Use: Increases attack power by 248 for 20 sec. (2 Min Cooldown)
