Drops off of the Ethereum Archons and Overlords. Good Luck. Low drop rate. Got mine on the 5th kill.

Hmm. Normally I'm not very lucky on these things, so I'd settled in for a long grind... and I get this and an prison key on the first one I kill! Maybe they nerfed it in 2.3?

I've had some horrible luck, anyone else kill any lately. I think I'm going on like 60 kills and nothing. Either that or I'm missing out on some trick...

On both times ive had to get this, the best drop rate i found was near the teleporter thing near the tube where they spawn inside. I was grinding it at the area south of it and didnt get anything after about 20-30 kills, but when i switched over to near the teleporter i got on my third kill. The second time i went straight to the teleporter and got on my first kill. May just be luck but i think the ones near the teleporter have a higher drop rate.
