It dropped to my second kill. I suppose we need to have the quest to drop it, however I am not sure.

If you walk up to the cage and attack him he will step out and fight

Pretty funny, FYI - i spent about 25 mins trying to get the key with no luck

Yes also you can release him again and again and etc. But you will not be awarded also if you want you can destroy the key , because you dont need it ;p.

I dont know if im just super lucky or what but i got this key after 1 kill ! i killed a crusher and it droped but unfortunetly i did not know were it was so i thought it was a glich,so i killed about 20 more and noticed it was in key slot not bags

i knew i looted it i just could not find it in my bags so every one make shure you look at your key ring NOT in your bags it will save you time

the reason the droprate is so low is that not everyone that kills the ogres are on this quest so it should be higher than it says

I killed over 60 of these guys and got 42 warbeads before I gave up. Drop rate is terrible.

Make sure you have the quest http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9923 before you start farming for this key. The key will not drop unless you have accepted the quest.

Summation: You must accept the quest Help! before the keys will drop. Until you turn in the quest, the key will continue to drop if you do not have one (ie. Free Corki or destroy your copy).

Yeah, this one is a bit odd, though. The key drops right away for the quest "Help!," but further down the chain you have to get the same key for the same idiot who is locked in the same cage again in the quest "Corki's Ransom." When you get to this quest the key takes forever to drop. Actually, I have killed a couple hundred of the Boulderfist mobs, so far and the key hasn't dropped yet, so I can't honestly say how long it will take for me.

Please disregard my last comment. I was wrong. The "Corki's Ransom" quest is in the northwest of Nagrand and not in the same place. Questhelper was wrong.
