The painting is hanging on the wall inside the inn of Corrin's Crossing, it's rather large and hard to miss.

Once you have the painting, return to Caer Darrow in the Western Plaguelands and turn it into Artista Renfray to receive Candela Importata.

Note: You will only be able to see this NPC if you have Essenza di Spettro equipped.

Okay i went there, right next to the stairs, and its not there. Only an empty wall section. I even watched a vid on youtube on exactly where it is. It should be right next to the wooden bar and next to the stairs. Its not there. The plugin i have shows i did not collect it before, and i dont remember doing it either. Now what? xd

It's in the Inn on the wall as you enter the kitchen (on the GROUND floor for non-Americans!)
