Can anybody confirm whether or not you can get this toy from any of the four NPCs' reward chests for Restored Obsidian Keys? Or is it just the one from Igys the Believer?

You can only use this toy on the leader of your party, I believe because for all display purposes, it completely turns you into the targeted person for 15 minutes so there's some level of opting in that people need to do. The game shows you with their name, their guild, and if you have an addon like TRP3 for roleplay and the viewer has seen that person's profile before, TRP3 will helpfully display that person's profile.

You can't actually speak in that person's guild and anything you say in /say or /yell will show with your own name, though.

After getting max rep with Sabellian and Wrathion, I turned my efforts to this toy. I have turned in 30+ keys and opened the Twilight Cache, and no toy yet.

I have completed the Worldbreaker stuff and have the snail mount. I wonder if there is something else needed to get the toy to drop, or is it just a really low chance?

Just got this toy today, didn't even know about it. After playing around with it and coming here, I'm a little disappointed it *has* to be the party leader. Seems like a dumb restriction.

got it on my 42th attempt. Looks like if you didnt get tons of keys during farm time then you have to waste a lot of time here.

Ready Checks will not show up on your screen while this buff is active, and it will replace your name in the raid list

Here's how to get this item:

0. Unlock the weekly quests at Obsidian Citadel (if you haven't) and select Wrathion or Sabellian as usual
1. Collect enough fragments to restore (multiple) keys: Restored Obsidian Key (you'll need at least two)
2. Turn in the weekly quest with Wrathion or Sabellian - this "wastes" one key, but is required to access Igys the Believer
3. Now, you can turn in as many additional keys with Igys as you like. You'll get one box (attempt at the toy) per key

Don't turn in keys with any other NPCs beyond the first per week; it doesn't look like any other boxes can contain the toy.

What exactly is the drop rate? I have over 52 tries on it and still do not get the toy. Hopefully I'm not doing something wrong.
