Worth noting is that you get this from the initial turn-in when reaching Renown 17 with the Maruuk, but you can still buy the rest of the cosmetic weapons using various trade materials from Quartiermastro Huseng. I believe they used a token since there are so many items to choose from initially.

Three of the offerings appear to be shields that are equippable to all and identified as off-hands instead of shields. As a warlock I purchased one and was able to use it, but then the appearance was not available.

Turn in at Mastro d'Armi Aloom in the tent.

Ciuffo di Lana Primordiale and Tendine di Zampalunga seem to be more difficult/expensive items to obtain when compared to the other things needed to buy his stock, and you'll need quite a few if you plan on collecting all of the appearances he offers. Because of that, I would suggest picking up either Martellaccio di Pietra Massiccio or Mazzuolo di Pietra del Fabbro with your token.
