This one-time knowledge item can be found in the Shifting Sands in Thaldraszus, a bit to west from the Shifting Sands flightpoint. It's inside a building a bit high up. Should see it in the minimap when you're close.

Coords are 52.24, 80.54

This is located not far from the cave with the Cubbly pet. It is also located in the Temporal Flux zone. You'll suffer a Temporal Shock that constantly deals nature damage, and applies a stacking Unstable Time movement slow effect, so your time there is limited. You can, however, mount up on your proto-drake and fly out of the effect. Just be expeditious about grabbing the item.

Looks like the latest patch (10.1.5) can block access off to this room completely. There's now a "timelock" on the entire room, stunning you and porting you out if you try to go inside to loot draconic flux.

As of today, there is a quest given by the dwarf smith to remove the blockade.

If its locked up you need to complete 4 quests (simple).

Start with Il cronofabbro

Then Lo voglio dare in testa a chi non mi va! Per il bottino!

I know I've never looted this item since I never messed around in that area. I can get to the forge (after unlocking it), but nothing is there.

if you can't see the treasure in the Chronoforge, your blacksmithing-skill might be to low. i unlocked the building yesterday with blacksmithing 1 and couldn't see the treasure, or get it by hammering the "use"-hotkey, like clipping dirt or scout packs sometimes. anyway - today i came back after leveling blacksmithing to 50 and the Draconic Flux was there and lootable. :) (near the decorative hammer on the Timeforge)
