This one-time knowledge item can be found inside a cave, west from Rusza'thar Reach in Ohn'aran Plains. The cave is habitated by neutral Shale Giants.

Cave entrance coords 79.39, 36.47
Item coords are 81.09, 37.93

this item is behind a Rock

so unless the character is a miner, you might either require some item, and a bit of rep to get it
or, if it works out.

You could get a character with mining there (or bother others for that) remove the rock,
hope that both characters are on the same shard (usually they are) - ofc same Warmode phase!

log off and switch to the character who requires it, and the rock should be gone for a while -
you can't lock yourself in because there are little scoops for a fail safe mechanism to get out again.

Just for a incitement/suggestion/hint or whatever.
No, I'm not telling you what to do! but you could..

(:P teeheeh, to all those who really FLIP just because someone has a suggestion

If you wanna save yourself some trouble getting into the cave - fly up in the air at the entrance, dismount and die, release and accept your ress inside the cave
