Yessss! Constant rain in Thunder Bluff! I love it with the music too :)

Of course every 4 hours as there is a 6 hour cooldown on the device :(

This glorious device has a slight challenge to construct due to the elemental souls of Air (From Storm Elementals, MUST be elites from my experience), and Frost (From Water Elementals, MUST be elites from my experience).

Once you place the device (after claiming it as a toy) you have five options.

Kich the machine. - Stops the ongoing weather effect, and zaps you (without damage) away from the machine.
Push the button labeled "Falling Ash". - This does not change the sky but it will make flakes of ash fall from the sky.
Push the button labeled "Sand Storm". - This does not change the sky but it will make gusts of sand flow across.
Push the button labeled "Snow Flurry". - This does change the sky to a slightly dimmer, and a steady snowfall will occur with a few gusts.
Push the button labeled "Rain Storm". - This does change the sky to a slightly dimmer, and a steady rainfall will occur with a few gusts.

The weather machine lasts for two (2) hours and is able to be operated by all members of your group/raid. The cooldown is two (2) hours as well.

If anyone wondered, it DOES NOT work on battle pets like Baby Ape.

So frustrating.

Note: if you don't see the rain/snow/etc, go to Graphics > Compute Effects and set it to anything other than "Disabled"

This thing is worthless junk! I just bought it out of the AH... used it... tried to click on it to select the weather I wanted and all it says is:

The mechanical device clicks and whirrs quietly.

WHAT A RIP OFF! If I had known it wouldn't work, I would have never wasted the gold on it.

NO LONGER WORKS!

Neural Silencer Mk3 and Neural Silencer both stop this toy from working. When you have either buff and click on the device, all you see is some flavor text, and no options to control the weather. Remove the buff and it will work just fine. This took me so long to figure out.
