You get the Focus Primordiale Concentrato needed to make these from bosses in the Mythic raid and from the final chest of Mythic 16+ dungeons.

(Edit: Yes, the "Contained in" tab also says Sacca Senza Fondo di Prodotti Generici, but that was a test-only item that is not available on live.)

So no point in trying to get if you dont raid or do 16s. Glad I saw this casue I was selling tokens to get Elemental Lariat. Cant make gold off it unless you can juice it up to max.. I myself am trying to get to 15 but comon price is a little steep for rest of people no? Look I get the whole BIS and dont make it easy to get but to make it impossible is tough pill to swallow

This item adds +50 difficulty to recipe when you re-craft yourself as crafter, but when you use order system it adds +80 difficulty if you had Infusione Primordiale on that item. I dont know if this is intended or bug; but it technically makes 418 ilvl impossible to guarantee on work orders.

Edit: This appears to be a visual bug; and as long as you are normally able to craft 418 ilvl for yourself, on re-craft orders you can do it as well despite the wrong tooltip. However, main issue is that the game doesn't allow you to press craft button, if the item sent as "minimum rank 5".

There's also a visual bug regarding item level:

I was recrafting a darkmoon box for someone, and they were using the concentrated primal infusion, but the interface showed that it would be "upgraded" to item level 402 after the recraft... following through with the recraft nonetheless produced the proper 415 (I didn't get the inspire).

Interestingly, post season 1 these are no longer available, whilst its weaker counterpart Infusione Primordiale is through Renown.
