target 1 enemy within 40yd.
drink your potion. somehow.
enjoy. chaos reigns. also don't release until the poison has run its course!
OPTIONAL: get a battle rez and head-explode them a la Scanners

This is a kickass potion for PvP. Used it on a warrior that killed me in a BG and watched him go to half health and gave enough time for my teammates to come finish him off and recap the flag.
*Note - you won't be able to use this if you release or don't click on an enemy when you are dead. Once you click an enemy it becomes available to drink and that enemy will take a huge hit

a cheap pot for M+ if you sometimes die, you can just click it and then when you get BR it works for you, so good if you die on bosses or so xd I always have a stack of those in my bags.
