Once learned, this recipe cannot be work ordered or crafted for someone else.
It simply does not show up in the list of items that can be work ordered.
And since its bind on pickup, you can only craft it for yourself right now.

So am i getting this right, u have to be an engineer and a blacksmith to even craft this?

Does anyone know if this benefits from Specialty Smithing talents or Weaponsmithing -> Hammersmithing talents? Or both?

I'm currently specced in blades and need this to improve my crafts, but since it can't be crafted/recrafted by anyone else I need to know what the best way to make this at a high rank would be.

Kind of bizarre to me that this and the rare version have the exact same amount of Skill bonus (and not very much really). Doesn't seem to be a very "epic" tool.

Does anyone know which Missive would be best suited for crafting this item? I'm thinking Draconic Missive of Inspiration because the tool tip states "...increase skill by 15% when inspired". Am I thinking about this all wrong? Still trying to figure out all the new crafting nuances.

Has this item changed? 15% extra was applied to all craft 1.15% * (skill + insp bonus). But now it is just working on insp bonus (skill + 1.15% * insp bonus)

I ended up making 3 of these. Inspiration one for difficult crafts, Multicraft for making alloys, and Resourcefulness for saving materials on lower crafts.

Does anyone know if this is a one time craft? I was going to make two specializations but the pattern disappeared from recipes after making it. It does not even show up as an unlearned recipe which it did before learning it.
