The drop rate is currently terrible. There are zero on the Auction House, and none dropped from Betsy or the pack of Hexcrazed Does I killed. Undermine Journal says there's been approximately 10 posted on my server in the past week.

Edit: (08/19/18) - Drop rate seems to have improved significantly. Still not great, but at least reasonably obtainable now.

I had a bonus area where the hexcrazed does and greatstags are and I was there for quite a while and pulled big packs of them and didn't get a single meat and I killed enough to get a full stack of skin. I think I'd rather buy the meat, they're currently 9g a piece....

I farmed BetsyBetsy for one hour and got a total of 7 Cursed Haunch. Very disappointing especially for a buff (that only last 5 minute) that breaks for absolutely everything (Mounting, taking damage, entering combat,...)

I think just farming Betsy is the way to go here. Based on the following idea:

It appears to me that the Cursed Haunch drop is basically just Meaty Haunch "proccing" to be cursed instead, and Betsy seems to always drop 4 "haunches" (See screenshot below). I don't think you should kill Betsy for the 5th Cursed Haunch too though.

Edit:
After reading a few other comments I assume it's not 4 haunches every kill with a chance to "proc as cursed" but I'm still assuming that it's a proc chance on Meaty Haunch.

well ive been farming for an hour and dont get it dropt. i killed betsy over and over. droprate on my server is zero

maybe we should all tell blizzard to increase the drop rate

not sure why everyone is whining, if you kill the correct mobsit drops at almost exactly the rate shown on wowhead.

I bounced between Gorehorn + his group and Betsy for an hour trying to farm these. Not a single drop.. I just wanted to try out the flavor item :(
