Jumping also works, every step cause ninth of damage to each enemy.
A devilsaur roar and size increase effect can be observed when proc.
Seems to have low proc rate yet no internal cooldown.

Really annoying trinket when you're trying to kill one thing and you end up aggroing the 50 other non-hostile things around you.

This trinket is the only item that likes to upgrade for this unlucky guy...840 Impact Tremor w/ Haste and Socket...

I wanted to get an idea of how strong it is so I did Mythic Darkheart Thicket. This thing did 1.1% of my damage (2mil dmg total). Mind you, I'm not the best at dancing on top of the mobs as a Prot Warrior. This might be better for a brewmaster or vengeance demon hunter, but I'm gonna say its garbage. If it were up to me, I'd gladly take 1k strength over this trample BS. Glad I didn't socket it first :P

This is a possible reward from the World Quest: La vita trova sempre un modo

To unlock this WQ, you need to do a short quest chain starting from Girati, Occhioscuro.

The chain seems to end there, but you need to go down to the Suramar Menagerie (don't forget to buy your collectible Cestino della Merenda del Gigantosauro from Kieule) and find Occhioscuro chillin in druid aquatic form.

After that, you have to wait for the random WQ gods to roll in your favor and hope this comes up as your reward. I believe if you have a caster spec and you choose that as your loot spec, you can also be offered Bacchetta Folgorante del Gigantosauro.

Personally I'm saving this and Pungiglione di Scorpide Cristallino for all the Timewalking events.
