Apparently, this faction never made it into the game and was removed removed prior to the release. It would comprise the Lost Ones in Swamp of Sorrows and Kum'isha il Collezionista in Blasted Lands, and would be a group whose story would deal with Draenethyst, a sacred element presented as crystals which they use for magic, trying to create a portal back to their homeland.
For context, these were the former Draenei from Warcraft III when Eredar were a demonic race. When The Burning Crusade was introduced, the Eredar were retconnec as a demonically corrupted faction of the Draenei, and the Draenei reconned as Broken Ones (Akama and less mutated ones) and Lost Ones (more deeply mutated ones), introducing the uncorrupted, non-mutated blue Eredar now known as (playable) Draenei. Also the Draenethyst was made present in Outland, mainly in Blades Edge Mountains, where curiously enough ogres of Ogri'la had developed the use of magic.
On a personal note I'd like to comment: It's curious how the small detail of the crystals evolved into the Draenei culture, being so intrincate that their ships are even gigantic crystal formations and worshiping the Naaru, which are arguably a from crystal-like creatures. Also wonder is the underdeveloped crystals story in Un'goro was planned to be related at some point with these Moro'gai.
