As far as I know it does nothing but you can target it and hit it with a Complimentary Brewfest Sampler and it bounces off but that's the absolutley only thing that I've seen it do...

As of Brewfest '08, there is a quest this NPC is involved in.

The quest is called Chug and Chuck. You need to hit S.T.O.U.T. 5 times with a Complimentary Brewfest Sample in order to complete it.

This NPC is NOT an objective of the quest The Aspirant's Challenge as it says on the "Objective Of..." tab. It is an objective for Chug and Chuck! instead.

Chug and Chuck! is so new, it doesn't show up in the search database yet.
