Stat Weighting Presets: Post the latest updates here

So the
weight scale
presets on the site have a tendency to get out of date very quickly. We want to avoid this, but we don't have enough people to do the theorycrafting ourselves—even trying to find and validate the theorycraft that other people have done is extremely difficult and time consuming—especially if you don't play the class in question.
So with that in mind, I'm posting a thread like this in every class forum. What I need is for you guys to let us know what the latest theorycraft is for your class and spec—whether it's Pawn values, an EJ post, something from ShadowPanther, Rawr, or whatever it may be. With this information, we'll be able to keep the weight scales up to date more easily, and make sure we always have the latest info.
What we need:
The actual weight values for each statistic
A link to the source information for the theorycraft
About when the theorycraft was done (to make sure it's recent)
Don't forget that no possible set of weight values will be right for EVERY character. Remember that the weight values should be calculated for a character who is
not capped
on any stat. We're looking primarily for weight scale results for fresh players of the max level here.
If the weight scales have gone too long without being updated, just put up a post in
Site Feedback
directing our attention to the relevant post in this thread.
Please Note:
Any post in this thread which is NOT a weight scale post will be deleted. Gotta keep this clean.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Gnub##DELIM##

Those numbers seem to be outdated due to patch 3.1. Especially haste and armor penetration changed a lot. According to EJ (indirect
EJ source
, can't find Methods' work mentioned therein because their search feature doesn't like me):
Unholy
Blood
Frost
1 AP 1.00 1.00 1.00
1STR 2.97 2.89 2.73
1HIT* 1.97 2.51 2.82
1ARP 0.94 2.75 1.71
1EXP* 1.51 2.47 2.29
1CRT 1.35 1.56 1.26
1HASTE 1.42 1.50 0.79
1AGI 0.93 1.37 0.93
1ARMOR 0.03 0.03 0.03
1DPS (wpn) 6.20 9.89 9.49
* = pre melee/dodge cap
There is some mention of ARP surpassing STR at high AP levels for Blood, but for your average stat weights these seem to work fine.
The latest edit date for the post is 12 June 2009 and the weights appear to be applicable for a BiS geared DK, so I don't know how well they scale down to fresh 80's.

I concur. This needs to be updated to reflect changes introduced cataclysm. If anyone is willing, the community would appreciate it.

Blood tanking stat weights are in flux right now going from stamina vs avoidance vs mastery and so I didn't include those. If you tank then you are likely making your own decisions on it though it seems that balancing avoidance and mastery may win over the pure stamina stacking of WOLK.

Mastery: 80
Dodge: 70
Parry: 70
Stamina: 50
Armor: 30
Additional Armor: 20
Strength: 15
Agility: 5
I can tell you straight off the bat this needs more math as strength is at least 26% (18.2 in this example) of parry and agility is more than 43% (30 in this case) of dodge.

There's nothing wrong with having agility in tanking weights, it makes some of the agi neck/rings BiS in the 359 range for war/pala/dk tanks.
it just means agi is too high in comparison to armour.

I used the stats supplied by wowhead when searching for gear. Agility is given twice the value of strength, so I stacked agility. I was told by a healer that my gear was goofus. I thought he was just a bad healer QQing. It turns out he was being a friend and wowhead was not when I read these updated stats. Since wowhead can't keep the stat calculator up to date (which does not seem that hard to do) they should leave it blank and refer you to these forums to generate your own customized stat weight calculator so you don't run the risk of having your gear called goofus.

You should apply this awesome thing called "common sense".
Also, agility IS a better tanking stat for DK's. However, you probably got leather gear...
Fail right there.

A better tanking stat then Strength... Before haste and crit and strength it's pretty much the worst there is. Never to be stacked.
Now I just did these to test it out, and I could put some more math into them later, but right now what I use is:
Mastery - 100
Dodge - 85
Parry - 80 (I have higher parry then dodge)
Stamina - 75
Hit - 65
Expertise - 60
Agility - 25
Strength - 20

Where does common sense come in when trying to weight stack gear in a game? Do I come across this dilemma in my day to day duties at work or at home? I just followed the bad advice of WOWhead. All of the gear I obtained with agility is plate and not leather. Assuming I had leather gear to support your insult is not using .....common sense.
In further review of these stats I think for a DK tank, agility is equal to strength.
Strength gives attack power and parry.
Agility gives critical strike rating and dodge.
The criticial strike rating and and attack power both give increased threat.
You get more dodge per agility point than you get parry per strength point. Dodge reduces damage of course. The parry increases your haste rating after a parry and therefore increases your threat as well as reduces damage. Therefore if you need more threat, strength is what you choose. If you want more damage mitigation, agility is what you choose. But the difference between the the two stats is minor.

Agility
IS
better then strength survivability wise.
However, it's still behind, Mastery, Dodge, Parry, Stamina, Expertise and Hit. Even just more control on your Death Strikes will get you more damage reduction over the course of a fight then stacking agility. Stacking agility is the equivalent of fire mage's stacking spirit for more fireballs.

My post is not for stacking agility. It is deciding between agility and strength. These are the two main stats on DK plate armor next to stamina and they are almost always equal in gear that has similar items levels.
