This one starts a quest that sends you to treat a fever in Highmountain.

The patient is on top of a mountain ridge (not in the cave nearby on the map, as you might think)The path to the top of the ridge (and this guy) starts at 44.9, 34.3. It's on the north side, and is marked by torches and ropes.
Once you've reached the top, the quest marker can take you the rest of the way fairly easily.

The quest starter item for this quest can drop off of just about anything in Alto Monte. My video guide can be found at https://youtu.be/_7GQZvn2w4E. You will need to go to Dalaran and enter the store First to Your Aid and speak with Angelique Butler to purchase the Forniture da Campos, then follow the video to reach the person needing their fever cured. Skyhorn is the closest flight path to your intended destination.

Be sure to take 3 Field Packs, you wont waste time going back to Dallaran again...

Be sure to fly to the Witchwood flight path, not Nesingwary in order to do this quest.

"Fevered Explorer" is at 41.0, 43.5 ... when the trail forks, go right.
